PIZZA KIT FUND RAISING ORDER FORMS & MONEY ARE DUE THIS WEEK!!! (YOU CAN TURN IN YOUR ORDER FORMS ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY). ANY ORDER FORMS NOT TURNED IN BY THURSDAY AT 6 pm WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED!! It will then be your responsibility to return the money to the customers that gave it to you. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR FORMS COMPLETELY FILLED OUT!!! THIS MEANS YOU DO ALL OF YOUR OWN CALCULATIONS ON YOUR FORM!!! Please bring your money for the Pizza Kit order in an envelope with your name and total amount written on the front of the envelope.
