ELITE DANCE EXTREME DANCERS (COMPETITION TEAM):

ATTENTION DANCERS & PARENTS:
We will be doing a TEAM fund raiser starting: NEXT WEEK (October 6-8). We will be doing the Little Caesars Pizza Kit fund raiser. EVERY class on the competition team is doing a prop routine this year. In order to help cover the cost for team props each dancer is required to sell 5 items in the fund raiser (5 Pizza Kits). **This fund raiser can also be used for each dancer to earn money towards their warm-ups & competition fees.** The cost for our team warm-ups are $85 each, this includes ALL of the embroidery, including dancer’s name on the jacket. The cost for competition fees is estimated to be $10 per routine per competition. Each class will be competing TWO routines at TWO competitions for a total estimated amount of $40 for competition fees. (Highest level on the team may possibly compete at an additional competition). However, dancers that sell more than 5 Pizza Kits, can put the additional profit towards the cost of warm-ups or competition fees. For EACH Pizza Kit sold OVER 5 that each dancer sells, $5 will be put towards their warm-ups or competition fees. EXAMPLE: If a dancer sells a total of 10 pizza kits, 5 would go towards team props and the remaining 5 pizza kits sold ($25) would go towards the dancer’s costs for warm-ups or competition fees. THIS FUND RAISER IS FOR PROPS, WARM-UPS & COMPETITION FEES ONLY!!! THERE WILL BE NO CASH BACK TO ANY OF THE DANCERS!! (This fund raiser is NOT for costume costs or tuition).

Below is a list of how many Pizza Kit items each dancer would need to sell to cover their costs.

CLASS PROP Sell: 5 Pizza Kit Items Towards team props
WARM-UPS (with Name) Sell: 17 Pizza Kit Items (+ 5 for props) $85
COMPETITION FEES Sell: 8 Pizza Kit Items (+ 5 for props) $40
CLASS PROP + WARM-UPS + COMPETITION FEES Sell: 30 Pizza Kit Items $85 + $40 + Team Props

Please make all checks for the Pizza Kit Fund Raiser payable to: 24/7 DANCE COMPANY

DANCERS NEED TO TURN IN THEIR MONEY AND PIZZA KIT ORDERING FORMS BY: OCTOBER 27th, 2009. IF YOUR PIZZA KIT ORDER FORM AND MONEY IS NOT TURNED IN BY THIS DATE AND TIME, THEN THE PIZZA KITS ON YOUR ORDER FORM WILL NOT BE ORDERED AND IT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE IT TO YOU!
