Competition Team Enrollment Deadline

Due to requests of dancers interested in joining our competition team, we have extended the competition team enrollment deadline to October 31. This will also be the last chance to enroll in our competition "Add-On Only" classes. If anyone would like to join our competition team or "Add-On Only" classes, please let me know ASAP. AFTER October 31, we will not be able to accept any new dancers on our competition team, or in our "Add-On Only" classes, until the next dance season. Students are still more than welcome to join our non-competition classes after this date. Please spread the word! We look forward to a great season!

DRILL TECHNIQUE CLASS

*Specifically designed to help drill team members improve their technique. *

This class is strongly recommended for drill team members wanting to improve their technique at an intermediate/advanced level. Dancers will work specifically on steps/movements that are in drill team routines such as: back leaps, side leaps, fuettes, headstands, toe rolls, etc. Dancers will also work on ballet technique at the barre as well as various turns, extensions & more!

*All dancers who completed this class last summer, made the cut for all THREE drill team competition routines.*

This class will be held on THURSDAYS from 10:30 am - 12:00 pm (June & July). Class starts JUNE 9.

We are trying to get an estimate of how many dancers will be enrolling in Summer Dance Classes with us. Please specify if you would like to enroll in our SUMMER PERFORMANCE TEAM, regular weekly classes or separate 2-3 day dance camps.

Our team has been invited to perform at the RELAY FOR LIFE in Vernal. We are hoping to have our Summer Performance Team perform at this event, the Duchesne County Fair Parade & more! Please let us know if you are interested.

Pom/Pre-Cheer:

This is a weekly 30 minute Pom/Pre-Cheer Non-Competition Class. NO TRY-OUTS REQUIRED! Ages 3-18.

Tuition Rates:

• NEW Students: ONLY $15 per month

• Returning Students: ONLY $12 per month

• Current 24/7 Dance Company Dancers: ADD this class on for ONLY $5 per month

Drill Team Prep:

This a weekly 45 minute class perfect for any dancer wanting to try-out for drill team. Dancers who were enrolled in this class last year not only made the DHS drill team, but were selected to compete in the competition routines. To enroll dancers must be in 7^th grade - 12^th grade.

Tuition Rates:

• NEW Students: $25 per month (Only $115 for 5 months if paid in full by January 13th)

• Returning Students: ONLY $20 per month (Only $90 for 5 months if paid in full by January 13th)

• Current 24/7 Dance Company Dancers: ADD this class on for ONLY $15 per month

Intermediate/Advanced Technique Class:

This is a weekly 45 minute class for dancers currently on any high school drill team OR for any dancer (ages 14 -18) who is dancing at an intermediate/advanced level. This class is primarily to help girls, who are already on a high school drill team, improve their technique.

Tuition Rates:

• ALL Students: $25 per month (Only $115 for 5 months if paid in full by January 13th)

• EXTREME SPECIAL: Enroll in this class & add-on our “Drill Team Prep” Class for a total of ONLY $35 PER MONTH! *This discount is offered for current students, returning students, AND new students. (MUST enroll by January 13^th to receive this discount).*

There is a $5 registration fee per dancer

Monthly Tuition – See Below

• Elite Dance Extreme Classes (Competition Classes) Ages 4-18: $30 - $32 per month

• Pre-Jazz/Pre-Ballet (Non-Competition Class) Ages 3-5: $22 per month

• Beginning Jazz/Ballet Technique I (Non-Competition Class) Ages 6-8: $25 per month

• Beginning/Intermediate Jazz/Ballet Technique II (Non-Competition Class) Ages 9 & Up: $25 per month

• Elite Dance Extreme Lyrical Team (“ADD ON ONLY” CLASS) Ages 9 & up – and/or enrolled in Junior or Senior Levels: $14 per month

• Elite Dance Extreme Hip-Hop Team (“ADD ON ONLY” CLASS) Ages 9 & up – and/or enrolled in Junior or Senior Levels: $10 per month

Competition Team Placement Classes

Classes Start August 31 – September 2

Competition Team Placement classes will be held on Tuesday August 31 & Thursday September 2. All dancers wanting to be a member of our competition team will need to attend the classes both days.

Schedule for placement classes:

TUESDAY

3:30 – 4:15 pm: Ages 4-7

4:15- 5:00 pm: Ages 8-10

5:00 – 5:45 pm: Ages 11 & Up

THURSDAY

*All dancers will need to arrive by 3:30 pm. (Judging/selecting of placement day).

Ages 4-7 should be finished with placement classes by 5:00 pm.

Ages 8-10 should be finished with placement classes by 5:30 pm.

Ages 11 & Up should be finished with placement classes by 6:00 pm.

ALL dancers who attend our placement classes will be able to be a part of our team.
