- Chinese Splits w/ Roll Through
- Toe Roll to standing
- Double pirouette (Right or Left)
- Side Leaps (high with straight legs)
- Back Leap (high with straight legs)
- Tilt Jump (right)
- Scorpion (either side)
- Flexed leg extension above head (R or L)
- No handed Illusion (right & left) high/straight legs!
- Oreo Jump (feet with in 10 inches of head)
- “Half Moon” pose
- Floor leaps (at least one)
- Leap turns (to floor and standing)
- Clap push-up
- Fuettes (at least 2 consecutive)
