EDE SENIORS:

ATTENTION EDE SENIORS & PARENTS: Our mandatory team practice on Tuesday (Feb 22) is a dress rehearsal for all Seniors. You will receive your costume on TUESDAY if all dues are paid up to date. If you ordered shoes & tights, they must also be paid for in full to receive them. Remember if you are not paid up to date, you will not be able to perform.

DRESS REHEARSAL: The first 30-45 minutes of practice you will need to be wearing your team practice attire (green/white tank, black bottoms, & dance shoes) & have your hair pulled back in performance style. Half way through practice Seniors will be allowed to QUICKLY change into their costumes. Do not forget to bring your shoes & tights.

DHS DRILL REVIEW PERFORMANCE: All Seniors will need to arrive READY TO PERFORM, WEARING YOUR WARM-UPS OVER YOUR COSTUME at 6:00 pm. DO NOT BE LATE! There is no admission charge for the dancers performing, however there is a $3 admission charge for all spectators. If parents come early, they will still need to pay the admission fee. This is a fund raiser for the drill team. The review starts at 7 pm. Parents, if you ordered a parent t-shirt, please feel free to wear it to any and all performances to show your support for our team. Parent t-shirts will be handed out Tuesday at practice.

Required Performance Hair & Make-Up: Dancers need to have their hair parted on the left (2-3 inches back) and slicked into a TIGHT messy bun in the middle of the back of your head. NO BANGS! You cannot have any fly-aways. Use lots of bobby pins & hair spray. Practice doing your hair before our performance and make sure it will stay in place tightly for the entire performance. Dancers need to wear dark eyeshadow (browns/grays), black mascara, black eyeliner, pink blush and dark red lipstick. NO BLUE EYESHADOW! Performance make-up is heavier/darker than you would usually wear it.

**We want to make a good impression with our routine, appearance and professionalism. When we go to any performance or competition we want to be the most professional team in attendance. Always be on time, ready to perform. ALWAYS wear your warm-ups over your costume AT ALL TIMES (before AND after your performance). Always cheer for other performers, have good sportsmanship & NEVER walk in front of a performing group. We want to treat others the way we want to be treated. Always double check your bags for all your costume pieces, shoes, tights, hair & make-up before you leave home & before you leave the performance. Do not leave anything at home or at a performance/competition. As always, perform your personal best, have great showmanship, & most of all have fun!
