FUNDRAISER DELIVERY

ATTENTION EDE DANCERS:

Remember you MUST pick up your fundraiser items THIS Monday (tomorrow) between 6:30 - 7:30 pm. If you cannot pick up your items at this time it is YOUR responsibility to have someone there to pick up & deliver the items for you. If someone is picking the items up for you, you need to let Dana know who & a phone number to contact them.

*All fundraiser items need to be kept frozen. You need to pick them up ASAP because I do not have anywhere to store extra fundraiser items.*

NO CLASS

IMPORTANT:

To all 24/7 Dance Company Dancers & Parents: I have had a family emergency and my baby needs to have a surgery in Salt Lake this upcoming Tuesday (November 2) and he may have to stay in the hospital for 1-2 days. This is the only available time we could have his surgery done, as it needs to be done ASAP. Therefore ALL CLASSES NEXT WEEK WILL BE CANCELED. To make up for our missed practice we will have a combined practice within the next few weeks (in addition to our regular weekly classes). Please watch for notes sent home about combined practice(s). I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I thank you for your understanding.

*EDE Senior class may possibly have class next Thursday. However, please watch our blog and facebook page for a notification if we will be having class on Thursday. Thanks!*

FUNDRAISER DELIVERY

Attention EDE Dancers & Parents: PIZZA KIT FUND RAISER ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED THIS UPCOMING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1ST BETWEEN: 6:30 P.M. & 7:30 P.M. AT THE FAIR BUILDING (50 E 400 S). ALL DANCERS WILL NEED TO PICK UP THEIR PIZZA KITS/FUNDRAISER ITEMS DURING THIS TIME AND DELIVER THEM TO THE CUSTOMERS ASAP! If for any reason you are not able to pick up your Pizza Kit Items at the above stated date & time, it is YOUR responsibility to have someone there to pick the items up for you! If someone is picking up your Pizza Kit Items for you then you need to let Dana know who will be picking them up & a phone number to contact them. IT IS AN ABSOLUTE NECESSITY THAT YOU PICK UP YOUR PIZZA KIT ITEMS AT THIS TIME BECAUSE THEY WILL NEED TO BE FROZEN OR DELIVERED ASAP! I DO NOT HAVE A FREEZER TO PUT EVERYONE’S ITEMS IN! YOU NEED TO PICK THEM UP! Thanks!

*Dana will not be at the pizza delivery because her baby will be in surgery that day. However her husband, Todd & possibly other volunteers will be there to help you & to make sure you pick up the correct amount of items you sold. Please follow their instructions. Also, each dancer's parent must sign a sheet saying that you have picked up all fundraiser items that are on your list and that you will deliver them or freeze them ASAP.*

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Dancers can wear their Halloween costume to dance this week. However, please make sure you are still able to dance while wearing your costume. If your costume is a dress, please wear shorts or leggings underneath instead of jeans so that you can stretch properly.

Dancers are also invited to bring their favorite Halloween treat to share with their class. (This is optional).

We hope to see everyone participate in our annual Halloween tradition. We are excited to keep this tradition going!

DANCER OF THE MONTH

REMINDER:

Dancers please remember to bring back your "Dance of the Month - About Me" sheets this week. Please make sure you have filled it out completely.

We will be taking an individual photo of each dancer within the next few weeks to post on the blog when they are awarded Dancer of the Month. If you would like to bring your own photo to be posted on the blog, please turn it in to Dana ASAP! Thanks!

CONGRATS EDE DANCERS WHO PERFORMED LAST NIGHT! You all did such an amazing job!! I am so proud of you! You did fantastic especially for learning the routine in just 2-3 practices!! WAY TO GO!! :)

FUND RAISER ORDER FORMS AND MONEY ARE DUE BY THURSDAY! Remember to hurry and sell to the very last minute. Lets reach our team goal!

PERFORMANCE OPPORTUNITY

Attention Dancers: If you were absent this week, please make sure you contact Dana about notes that were sent home. We have been invited to do a last minute performance, all dancers need to receive their notes BEFORE Monday to have the opportunity to participate in the performance.

Also, dancers that were in Tuesday classes you need to contact Dana about details for the performance. (We just received all the information today, therefore it was not sent home yesterday).
