DANCER OF THE MONTH
“Dancer of the Month” is an award given to ONE dancer in each class each month. “Dancers of the Month” will receive a small award & will be posted on our company blog (24-7dance.blogspot.com) with a small photo & brief “About Me” write up of them. Dancer’s are eligible to win this award more than once and/or in more than one class (if enrolled in other classes). Awards for “Dancer of the Month” will be presented & announced the following month in each class.

We will watch through out the month for a dancer in each class that “stands out” because of the following & more:

*Attends every class & practice on time during the month.
*Practices hard & diligently in every class/practice.
*Improves in their own abilities
*Has a positive attitude.

Please fill out the bottom of this form & send a wallet size or 4x6 photo of your dancer by October 8, 2009, (if you wish we can take a photo of your dancer in class the following week.) Photos will be returned within 2-3 weeks. **This information will be posted on the blog when/if each dancer is awarded “Dancer of the Month.”**
